About HBCUforce and Esor Consulting Group
HBCUforce is a nonprofit organization that partners with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Minority Serving Institutions, and Organizations to implement programs that provide early access to cloud computing careers. Our vision is a more diverse and inclusive tech workforce.
- HBCUforce is bringing more diversity into the cloud computing space by introducing CRM technology to students earlier so they have the opportunity to prepare for their career, invest in their career. Most of our students are college Freshman and Sophmores. - Our program includes hands-on experience, real-world experience. After completing our semester long training course, students can participate in an Salesforce consulting internship, under the guidance of a certified Salesforce professional mentorship. Breaking into the Salesforce ecosystem and getting your first shot at consulting has been a seemingly unsurpassable barrier for underrepresented minorities. HBCUforce serves to remove this obstacle - Hiring partners have access to diverse talent, who are trained, certified, and have consulting experience.
